Beef Noodle Soup Recipe

  • 1 Tablespoon Grapeseed oil (Olive oil works too)
  • 1 Pound Beef Stew Meat
  • 2 Cup Beef Stock
  • 6 Cloves Garlic Chopped
  • 1 Each Carrot Sliced
  • 1 Each Onion
  • 1/2 Bag (6oz) Pasta
  • 1/2 Cup Parsley
  • 1 Pinch Ground Black Pepper
  • 1 Pinch Salt


  • In a large pot, over medium-high heat, heat up the oil.
  • Sauté the beef stew meat until meat is brown on all sides.
  • Add the garlic, carrot, onion, and sauté for 5 minutes.
  • Pour and stir in beef stock, ground black pepper, salt. 
  • Boil water, add parsley, turn the heat to low, and simmer for 30 minutes. Cook until meat is fork-tender. 
  • In a separate saucepan, boil water and cook pasta following the cooking time suggested on the package.
  • Strain noodles and place in serving bowls.
  • Ladle soup and beef stew meat into each bowl and serve immediately.
